Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Commissioning Technician, based in North West England.
Job Description
The Commissioning Technician functions as part of a multi disciplined team for the purpose of carrying out testing. Responsible for undertaking commissioning of plant and equipment, fault diagnosis and recording/reviewing test results.
Carrying out all testing activities throughout all stages of commissioning.
Highlighting areas of concern or faults/problems via the correct channels.
To prepare and undertake testing as instructed by the Commissioning Engineer.
Implementation of FOB solutions using commissioning procedures.
Application and removal of temporary commissioning aids.
Skills & Experience
Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship at NVQ Level 3.
Experience of delivery in an engineering or technical role.
HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in relevant engineering subject.
Active plant experience.
Experience related to commissioning of plant.
This is a contract position.
The rate for this position is negotiable.
