They are currently recruiting for the position of Electrical Manager, based in Baroda, India.
Job Description
The Manager - Electrical is expected to provide leadership to a team of electrical engineers, designers and draftsmen working on projects. The responsibilities includes technical supervision and directions to multiple projects for successful completion of electrical engineering activities, provide support for various proposals and provide support to department manager for various activities such as training and development of the resources, quality assurance etc.

Skills & Experience
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electrical engineering
Vast work experience in Electrical Design for Refinery Units, Chemical/Petrochemical/Fertilizer plants, Power Plants preferably with consulting engineering companies.
Experience as Team Leader - At least 2 project, team size of 10+
Work share project execution experience
Knowledge of national / international electrical codes and standards
Power system conceptual studies and design calculations
Good knowledge on application of computer aided design tools such as ETAP/SPEL/SPR or equivalent
Hands on experience on Preparation of specifications for all electrical equipment like MCCs, PCCs, HV Switch gears, Transformers, Motors, VFDs, DG sets, Steam Turbine Generators, UPS etc.
Detailed engineering to develop various electrical layouts and MTO
Man Power Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control skills
Ability to interact with other design groups in the office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Compliance to budget, schedule and quality within allocated resources.
This is a permanent position.
