They are currently recruiting for the position of Process Engineer, based in Fife
Responsibilities will include:
- In conjunction with Asset and Engineering discipline support review the Hazop actions.
- Confirm the suitable close out method following the review e.g. is a plant modification or documentation update required.
- Where applicable propose close out of actions which following review, do not need any further action.
- For actions requiring a plant modification complete documentation to support the change ready for Asset screening and implementation.
- For actions requiring documentation updates liaise with the Asset and engineering resource to make the documentation changes.
- Prepare the Hazop action response sheet for each Hazop action based on the information attained during the review process and review with Asset Technical Authority.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably a Chartered Engineer.
- Significant process engineering experience
- Experience in the E&P industry or downstream
- Knowledge of gas, condensate processes
- General technical knowledge
- Commitment to delivering results within time
- Awareness of productions operations
- Good spoken / written English & PC literate
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
