Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Contracts Manager, based in Rotterdam.
Job Description
Responsible for identifying, managing and limiting maximizing any risk or opportunity associated with international marine construction, offshore pipeline, offshore wind parks and or dredging and reclamation contracts.
Administering the contract; including project and document control.
Handling variations and claims.
Ensuring due submission of payment applications.
Providing immediate advice and solutions to the Project Manager on day to day contractual issues.
Skills and Qualifications
This is a permanent role, only candidates interested in a permanent role should apply.
A Higher Vocational or University degree.
Three years of working experience in a comparable environment.
Excellent interpersonal team working skills and you are a suitably qualified and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of commercial success under different forms of contract.Excellent letter writing and communication skills in English.
Ability to respond positively to pressure.
Willing to travel to out of the way places and work at project locations.
This is a permanent position.
The salary for this position is negotiable.
