They are currently recruiting for the position of Process Manager, based in Baroda, India.
Job Description
Carrying out Basic Engineering Package or Residual Basic Engineering Package of Licensor Package, preparing deliverables like, Mass & Energy Balance, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID), Equipment Process Data Sheet (PDS), Instrument Specifications (IPDS), Line List (LL), Special Material Specifications(SM List). Deliverables to be made suitable for carrying out Detailed Engineering activities.

Skills & Experience
Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering degree is a must)
Extensive experience in reputed consultancy organization having experience in Refining/Petrochemical units or experience in Technical services of Refinery/Petrochemicals in Process department.
Considerable experience in process discipline in reputed engineering consultancy
Heat exchanger thermal design using software like HTRI, HTFS.
Conversant with simulation software like ASPEN/HYSIS/PRO II
Following experience would be an added advantage:
Chairing & participating in HAZOP
Conducting SIL reviews
Assisting commissioning activities
Assisting graphics development & factory acceptance test of DCS
Preparing Detailed Feasibility report
Vendor Data Review & Defining vendor scope
Pressure Safety Valve validation
Writing Operating Manual
3 D Model Review.
Good communication skills and grasping power
This is a permanent position.
