Our client is a global facilities and infrastructure provider within the Oil & Gas industry. Employing over 11,000 personnel they have a diverse customer base comprising national, international and integrated oil companies.
They are currently recruiting for the position of Project Manager, based in Mexico.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be expected to have experience in management of projects and of a team of Engineers and designers in subsea and onshore. The Project Manager develops work plans associated with projects, and is accountable for the timely delivery of projects to agreed schedules and budgets.
The Project Manager will also be involved in the development and performance assessment of individuals in his team. A hands-on approach to project management is essential to complete our projects profitably, interfacing with clients and internal customers to provide a responsive and technically robust solution to project issues. This role will be based in Mexico with frequent travel contractor offices and other sites.
Skills & Experience
BSc or MSc degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience
Significant experience in oil and gas project/engineering management
Previous experience working in a similar position
Experienced in working with a diverse international workforce and international contractors
Experienced in managing and delivering large EPC projects
This is a permanent position.
The salary for this position is negotiable.
