Reservoir Engineering Technician
Do you have 2 years experience as a Reservoir Engineering Technician with for an Exploration and Production company in the Oil and Gas industry?
As a Reservoir Engineering Technician, you will create and maintain databases supporting basic Reservoir Engineering data and well performance. You will gather data for reservoir surveillance, volumetric calculations and production history matching. You will collaborate with other Technicians to support preparation, execution and follow-up for reservoir analyses and well reviews. You will collaborate with other Technicians to gather and manage data of new wells for pre and post-performance analyses. You will perform basic decline curve analysis for forecasting, type well analysis, and documentation of decline parameters for various reservoirs. You will assist the Engineering Staff with data management and integration support of pertinent files. You will assist in coordination and development of annual budget and long range planning forecasts.
Requirements:
· Must have a minimum of Associates Degree.
· Must have 2 years of Reservoir Engineering Technician experience in Upstream Oil and Gas Industry.
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
· Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Oil/Gas industry tools and databases preferred.
· Some travel will be required to site locations.
