Our client is a world leader in natural gas and a leading player in the global energy market. They operate in over 25 countries on five continents.

They are currently recruiting for the position of Well Service Supervisor, based on 28/28 rotation offshore west coast of India.

Job Description

To supervise various well interventions/well servicing operations in fields in safe, efficient and cost effective manner as per approved well programs and company standards/policies.

Supervision of the various well intervention/servicing operations i.e. slickline, coil tubing, electric line, well killing, scale treatment, acid stimulation, rig-less workovers, etc.
Ensuring efficient performance of well service operations according to the approved program.
Ensuring the compliance to company HSSE and other operating policies & guidelines to deliver zero injury work place
Keeping an accurate record of the well servicing operations and reporting the progress to base on a daily basis.
Generate maintenance orders, job logs and enter accurate material consumption in SAP for each job.
Maintaining the company owned tools in proper working order.
Ensure safety has the highest priority and is at the forefront of operational planning, execution and in all dealings with contractors and service providers
Ensure good and regular communications with all wells team in operating area
Ensure wells programmes and amendments are approved and distributed as required
Ensure senior management are kept fully abreast of all key risks and issues
Ensure a full team are in place to deliver all phases of the operation
Ensure a training matrix is in place for all key skills to deliver technical competence and personal development
Every individual has a duty to both themselves and those around them to ensure that safe practice is adhered to at all times. In addition to any specific accountabilities for HSSE, all employees are accountable for ensuring that they take care of themselves and adopt exemplary safe behaviours
Skills & Experience

Proven experience with safety management systems
Experience providing technical advice and troubleshooting
Experience with emergency response management
Experience overseeing a small team to achieve outcomes
Self-motivated, collaborative and delivery focused.
Safety conscious.
Promotes team work and provide leadership to the contractor's crew.
Good problem solving skill.
Strong safety leadership skills
Ability to make prompt decisions with a continual focus on safety outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Results orientated with a commitment to quality
Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Slick line equipment, tools and operations - essential
Well killing/control techniques and pumping operations -essential
Stimulation techniques and operations- essential
Coil tubing equipment, tools and operations -desirable
Electric line equipment and operations- desirable
This is a contract position.

The rate for this position is negotiable.
