Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Maintenance Support Team Lead, based in Algeria.
Job Description
Ensure the resources to realise maintenance programmes and integrity using HSE and performances standards within budget limits.
Responsible maintenance activity on site
Ensure personnel availability and coordinate subcontractor's activities
Line manager of maintenance supervisors.
Coordinate maintenance activities with Operation Superintendent.
Setup daily supervision tasks and Schedule periodic audits to ensure activities are done in safety manner
Responsible of the competency development of technicians and supervisors between maintenance and OPS team and ensure the implementation of evaluation programme CMAS (Competency Management Assurance System).
Assist the Superintendent to Implement maintenance programmes depending on Maximo
Support and lead maintenance teams to realise the activities in complete safety respecting HSE standards .
Follow up Maintenance annual budgets and realise maintenance KPI's
Look after the polyvaent development within ops maintenance team.
Make sure that maintenance activities are planned and programmed in collaboration with Chef de Secteur.
Provide Technical support and provide the means in case of urgent situation.
Assume the responsibility of preconization of the spare parts to guarantee maintenance equipment availability and reliability .
Report to Maintenance supt questions exceeding his skills.
Identify and submit technical issues to technical department.
Ensure the availability of equipment and production continuity in conformity with integrity and their maintenance programme.
Realise HSE periodic audits, permit to work and energy isolation.
Make daily onsite visits to assure the conformity at HSE requirement standards
Supervise individual work plan and approve the change and re-adjustments
Play the role of the Leader in the evaluation process and competency assessment to ensure the personnel remain effective
Implement maintenance personnel performances objectives and follow up/make revisions each six months
Leads daily meeting planning by assuring the coordination between the different disciplines with operations
Manage the weekly meetings and ensure the coordination of activities between the sites
Ensure human and material support for site in case of need.
Ensure the support and the coordination of activities during turn around with TAR.
Ensure the interim of the maintenance supt in case of absence.
Skills & Experience
Industrial maintenance engineer (Speciality: Instrumentation, Electricity or Mechanic )
Training in the field of maintenance supervision
GMAO training
Industrial safety training
Extensive maintenance experience in oil industry 05 in which supervision role.
Experience in GMAO.
Experience safety industrial programme implementation
Experience in budget issue and control of costs programme
Aptitudes of organisation and leadership.
Knowledge and leadership confirmed in term of HSE.
Good technical knowledge of equipment including engineering, maintenance and ops aspects of the rotating machine process, the turbo generator and other equipment.
Awareness in budgeting and costs follow up.
Good aptitudes of supervision
Proved aptitudes in coaching, training and competency evaluation
This is a contract position.
The rate for this position is negotiable.
